If you’ve received an ELAN Card voucher at a local event in Charlotte, please email your name, address & voucher code to elancardcharlotte@gmail.com.   Please use the subject heading: ELAN Voucher Redemption.  You can then expect to receive your ELAN Card via USPS 1st class mail within 7-10 business days.
